Reporting Survey on Equipment Shortages
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected numerous supply chains, resources, and equipment used by anesthesiologists in caring for their patients. ASA is taking an inventory of the types of equipment in short supply for anesthesiologists. Please complete this form for each shortage your facility is facing.

This information will be used to monitor and assess member needs, as well as advocate for supply chain solutions. The ASA Committee on Equipment and Facilities with ASA Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) are responsible for this reporting portal.
