The 2025 ASA SEN Summit Planning Committee Chairs are soliciting educational topics and sessions for the 2025 SEN Summit to be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the ASA Headquarters Conference Center in Schaumburg, IL. This is an opportunity to share your expertise and insights with anesthesiology simulation colleagues nationwide.

We seek a broad range of content on planning and delivering simulation-based anesthesiology education and training. We invite you to select from several format options or to propose a novel format.

Session Types
- Snap Talk: A 10-minute podium presentation on the most important elements on topics related to anesthesiology simulation education.
- Concurrent Workshop: A small group session with group work and discussions to develop the knowledge or skills of attendees interactively.
- Panel: A plenary room session providing presentations on multiple topics around a centralized theme and includes two to three speakers plus a moderator. The moderator may be one of the speakers.
- Point-Counterpoint: A moderated, plenary room presentation of opposing opinions that addresses current clinical controversies, which has a moderator plus two speakers.
- Other: You don't have to be limited by these options. Have a creative format in mind? Describe it below. You could propose a concurrent session or plenary session.
