Real Cases, Real Decisions are 8-12-minute case-based videos where a single speaker guides viewers through a common case (real or simulated). Each video highlights 1–3 pivotal decision points, explains the reasoning behind each choice, and shares key lessons learned.

The final video will include pause-and-reflect prompts added in post-production to give viewers a chance to think through the case before hearing the approach.
